Before planting, a topographic survey of the area is carried out using RTK, and slope gradients, topography, soil, drainage, among other factors, are analyzed. This helps define requirements and develop projects with guidance lines, such as terracing (contour lines), planting, spraying, and harvesting.

Through a detailed study of the field, it is possible to ensure better use of the productive area, reduce crop trampling, optimize operational performance, and minimize the number of turns.
